These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of anthonyslegacy.com (the “Site”) and the text messaging program operated by Anthony Siouthai (“Anthony,” “I,” “me,” or “my”), an individual real estate professional. By using the Site or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. SMS messaging terms

• Program: Text messages from Anthony Siouthai about real estate inquiries.
• What you’ll receive: after you opt in through a website form, the chat widget, or by texting me, you may receive conversational replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, follow-ups, and property information you have requested.
• How to opt in: messages are sent only if you provide your mobile number and check the consent box or otherwise give express consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies.
• Costs: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time (CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, and STOPALL also work). You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact me at (612) 598-1746 or anthony@volonterealty.com.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility: you must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
• Privacy: your information is handled as described in my Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

2. About this Site

The Site provides general information about my real estate services in the Twin Cities area. Content is for informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, lending, or financial advice. Property information, availability, and pricing may change and are not guaranteed. Using the Site or submitting an inquiry does not by itself create an agency relationship; any representation agreement will be made separately in writing.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with its operation or security, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The content, photos, videos, and design of this Site belong to Anthony Siouthai or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site includes links to and tools from third parties, such as listing search, scheduling, chat, and social media. I am not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or text messaging program.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

8. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
