This Privacy Policy explains how Anthony Siouthai (“Anthony,” “I,” “me,” or “my”), an individual real estate professional, collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit anthonyslegacy.com (the “Site”), submit a form, use the website chat, book an appointment, or communicate with me by phone, email, or text message (SMS). This Site and its messaging are operated by me as an individual, not by a company.

1. Information I collect

• Information you provide: your name, email address, mobile phone number, property address or areas of interest, timeline, preferences, and any messages you send through website forms, the chat widget, the booking calendar, text message, or email.
• Text messaging consent records: the phone number you opted in with, the date and time of your consent, and how you gave it (for example, a checkbox on a web form or in the chat widget).
• Technical information: limited data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected by my website hosting and security provider to keep the Site running and secure. This Site does not use advertising trackers.

2. How I use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the real estate services you request.
• To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments and showings.
• To send text messages you have requested or consented to receive.
• To follow up on your home search, sale, or investment questions.
• To keep records of our communications and comply with legal and licensing obligations.

3. Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Anthony Siouthai about your real estate inquiry, including conversational replies, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, and property information you have requested. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories of information sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How I share information

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I share information only as needed to serve you:

• Service providers that help me operate, such as my CRM and messaging platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel), website hosting and security (Cloudflare), and wireless carriers that deliver messages. They may use your information only to provide those services to me.
• Transaction parties you ask me to involve, such as a lender, title company, inspector, or another agent, and only with your direction. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in data are never shared under this section for their marketing.
• Legal requirements, when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect rights and safety.

5. Data retention

I keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and meet legal, licensing, and recordkeeping requirements. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified.

6. Data security

I use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but I work to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

7. Your choices and rights

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again (reply START).
• Email: use the unsubscribe link or ask me to stop emailing you.
• Access, correction, and deletion: you may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your information by contacting me using the details above.

8. Cookies and third-party services

The chat widget, booking calendar, and embedded forms on this Site are provided by LeadConnector and may use cookies or similar technology to function. This Site also links to other websites, such as social media profiles and listing search pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and I am not responsible for them.

9. Children’s privacy

This Site and my text messaging are intended for adults 18 and older. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact me and I will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
